Okay, so I’m a bit behind on posts (sort of like my life at the moment) . . . thought it might be worthwhile to provide a pictorial journey of the Kennedys' holiday season from Thanksgiving to New Year’s Day.
Here’s a glimpse of our Thanksgiving celebration in Dallas with my family along with my Great Aunt Lucille Burdge-Cavis, her daughters, Kathy Smith & Judi Baze along with their families. It was a house filled with unconditional love & lots of activity.
”Shout for joy to the Lord, all the earth.
Worship the Lord with gladness;
come before Him with joyful songs.
Know that the Lord is God.
It is He who made us, we are His;
We are His people, the sheep of His pasture.
Enter His gates with thanksgiving
and His courts with praise;
Give thanks to Him and praise His name.
For the Lord is good and His love endures forever;
His faithfulness continues through all generations.”
Psalm 100:1-5
Clockwise from bottom left – Mom, Holly, Kathy Smith, Aunt Lucille, Chris, Dad, Cliff Baze, Judi Baze & Mark
Rylen, Chandler Baze, Layton & Hayden Baze (Alexa was sleeping)
Some of our cousins came later. Descending from left to right – Mark, Chris, Holly, Kelsey, Austin Baze & Jared Smith. Notice the OU vs OSU bedlam attire. Truly a house divided.

Aunt Lucille with her three (two biological and one in heart) daughters – Judi Baze, Kathy Smith & Mom.
Rylen, Alexa & Mark watched the boys play outside.
